Blink Marketing Kiosk App
One of our most recent and intriguing projects involved transforming a Temi Robot into a fully functional Kiosk Robot for Blink Marketing. Temi, essentially an Android tablet on wheels, arrived at our team with the task of making it more useful for the company’s needs. Blink Marketing had initially acquired Temi but lacked the resources to tap into its full potential. Our team saw an opportunity to breathe new life into Temi. After some exploration, we realized that Temi could be programmed to perform various tasks, including playing audio clips on command.
Recognizing the need for a more purposeful application, we shifted our focus to creating a Kiosk Robot. We developed a mobile app integrated with the ChatGPT-4 API, enabling Temi to read documents and provide intelligent responses tailored to Blink Marketing’s operations. This app includes a secure settings screen to manage the API and Assistant ID, ensuring the information remains protected. Additional features, such as conversation reset options, were incorporated to handle any off-topic responses or access issues.
