This can range from the core identity pieces like an event logo and color scheme, to digital assets like social media graphics, email headers, invitations. It also includes physical materials such as welcome signage, directional signs, programs, name badges, and menus.

We design a full suite of materials, from the digital assets that build anticipation online (social media templates, email campaigns) to the physical assets that create an immersive environment on-site (banners, programs, name tags).

Every event is unique, so we provide a custom proposal for each project. The final price is determined by the scope and complexity of the event, primarily the number of unique design assets required. A simple single-day gala with a few key signs will be priced differently than a multi-day conference that requires dozens of digital and physical materials.

Our service focuses exclusively on providing you with expertly designed, print-ready digital files. While we don’t handle the physical printing ourselves, we can connect you with our trusted printing partner who we know produces excellent, high-quality work. You can then coordinate directly with them to manage your production needs.

We understand that last-minute needs are a common reality in event planning, and our goal is to be a responsive creative partner. We will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Depending on the complexity and timeline, last-minute additions may be subject to a rush fee, which we will always communicate transparently before beginning the work.
