Who writes the content?+
You do, or add copywriting for $50 per page and we’ll write it for you. Photos and your logo come from you.
Do I own my website?+
If you paid setup, yes. You don’t pay for your site again if you leave. Sites built through the free setup program can be bought out at our standard setup price.
How do I cancel?+
Send a cancellation request through your client portal. Once it’s approved, your plan is cancelled in billing.
How much do changes cost?+
Small text updates start at $25, a new section at $30, and a new page is $25–50. Send several changes together and we’ll price them as a batch, with a discount. Some really minor fixes we just do, no charge. Every request is quoted first, and you’re never charged until you approve it.
Do you handle domains?+
We can register your domain at our cost, or you can keep paying for your own. Either works.
Do you host email?+
We don’t host email inboxes. We’re happy to point you to a good provider.
